Contact ZenTimer
There is no contact form and no ticket queue. One email address reaches the person who builds ZenTimer, and it is the fastest way to get an answer.

Email Is the Only Channel
Write to [email protected]. That address reaches a person rather than a system, and we aim to reply within a week.
If you are reporting a problem, the details in the next sections make the difference between a message we can act on and one we have to guess at.
What to Write About
- feedback on the timer — a length, a bell or a background that would help;
- bugs, including anything that would not ring, would not start, or looked wrong on your device;
- corrections to a written page, with the page address if you have it;
- privacy questions and data requests;
- permission to reuse something, or a question about a link.
Reporting a Bug so That We Can Fix It
A few details turn a report into a fix. If you can, include:
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- which page you were on — the timer pages are named by length, for example the 10 minute meditation timer;
- the length, the mode (Count Down, Duration or Interval), the bell and the volume you had chosen;
- your device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari, or Windows with Chrome;
- whether the screen was locked, the tab was in the background, or the phone was on silent.
Most sound problems turn out to be one of two things: the silent switch on an iPhone, or a screen that locked and paused the timer. It is still worth reporting those, because every report tells us what to make clearer on the page.
Privacy Requests
For anything to do with your data — access, deletion, or a question about the statistics we collect — write to the same address and put the word Privacy in the subject line. What we hold, and how little of it there is, is set out in the privacy policy.
If a Page Is Wrong
If a page contradicts itself, gives a timing that does not match what the timer does, or simply reads badly, say so. Corrections are made in the page itself and the updated date is changed to match. The rules for using the site are in the terms of use.
Where to Start Instead
If you came here to ask something before you begin, the shortest answer is usually on the meditation timer online page: pick a length, press Begin, and let the bell do the rest.
